The petitioner has filed the instant petition for following reliefs:- Digitally signed by RAVVA UTTEJ KUMAR RAJU 2 “10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to call for the entire records of the case for its kind perusal. 10.2 That, the Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly in the nature of Mandamus, directing Respondent Nos. 1 to consider and decide the petitioner’s complaint- cum-representation dated 25.06.2026 (Annexure P/1) by conducting an inquiry in accordance with the provisions of the Chhattisgarh Public Trust Act, 1951, within a time-bound period. 10.3 That, the Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to pass any other order as it may deem fit in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted a complaint-cum-representation dated 25.06.2026 before the concerned Collector/Registrar, Public Trust, respondent No. 2, seeking an enquiry in accordance with the provisions of the Chhattisgarh Public Trust Act, 1951. It is further submitted that the said complaint is presently pending before the concerned Tahsildar, Bilaspur (C.G.), and has remained undecided for several years. In view of the same, it is prayed that the concerned Collector/Registrar, Public Trust, respondent No. 2, be directed to consider and decide the said complaint in accordance with law within a stipulated period. 3. Learned State counsel submits that he has no objection to the limited prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner. 4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and upon perusal of the material available on record, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, deems it appropriate to direct the concerned Collector/Registrar, Public Trust, respondent No. 2, to consider and decide the petitioner's complaint-cum-representation dated 25.06.2026 3 (Annexure P-1), along with the earlier application stated to have been submitted in the year 2019, if available on record, by passing an appropriate reasoned order in accordance with law, preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
