Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner in criminal conspiracy with the co-accused Ankit Raj @ Ankit Kumar has committed murder of Akshat Kumar who was admitted in a drug de-addiction centre of which Abirbhab Mukherjee, is the Manager. It is submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is false. It is next submitted that the petitioner is a female and admittedly she was not present at the place of occurrence at the time of occurrence and only because she is the mother of the Abirbhab Mukherjee, she has been implicated in this case. It is then submitted that though, it has not been mentioned in the bail application, but the name of the husband of the petitioner is Animesh Mukherjee. It is also submitted that the main allegation of murder is against Ankit Raj @ Ankit Kumar and Abirbhab Mukherjee. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, as mentioned in paragraph-14 of the bail application and she has been in jail custody since 27.08.2026, as mentioned in para-15 of this bail application. It is next submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that

Learned Addl. P.P. and the learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail. Considering submissions of learned counsels and the facts as stated above, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Hence, the court below is directed to release the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
