By way of this petition, the petitioner is seeking execution of the judgment dated 28.02.2011, passed by this Court in CWPT No.6801 of 2008, titled Pyare Lal Versus State of H.P. and others. Further, a perusal a of Annexure P-2 demonstrates that in the earlier execution petition filed by the petitioner, i.e. Execution Petition No.17 of 2019, the same was decided on 17.09.2019, as fully satisfied. 3. Faced with the situation, as to how the execution is maintainable, learned Counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of the Court to Annexure P-3 and also the representation made by the petitioner Annexure P-4 and submitted that after the conferment of seniority, the pay of the petitioner has not been fixed.
