I have considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties. 7. No recovery was made from the petitioners and they were nominated on the basis of disclosure statements of co-accused. The petitioners namely Manpreet Singh @ Manu and Bittu Singh are in custody since 17.06.2025 and 10.10.2025. Final report has been submitted and the trial will take a sufficiently long time to conclude and, therefore, no useful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioners in custody any longer. Co-accused namely Sona Singh @ Sonu and Jatinder Singh have already released on regular bail. 8. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petitions are allowed. The petitioners are ordered to be released on regular bail on their furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate concerned.
