No. 3869 of 2025 seeks condonation of delay of 228 days in filing the accompanying appeal. 3. In I.A. No. 3862 of 2025 filed in L.P.A. No. 516 of 2025, similar delay was not condoned. The reasons set out in I.A. No. 3862 of 2025 and the reasons set out in this I.A. are almost identical. 4. Therefore, by following our order dated 21.09.2026 dismissing I.A. No. 3862 of 2025 in L.P.A. No. 516 of 2025, we dismiss the present I.A. 5. Mr Yadav, however pointed out that this Court, by its order dated 06.10.2025 in L.P.A. Nos. 277 of 2023 and 356 of 2023 has accepted the appellant’s case that no regularisation can be granted in Government departments for employees working in District Rural Development Agency (DRDA). He therefore, submitted that if the delay is not condoned or if this appeal is not allowed, there would be contradictory orders. 6. This submission is quite unfortunate because this was a very submission made and considered by us in our order dated 21.09.2026. Therein, we had pointed out how the issue involved in L.P.A. No. 516 of 2025 was quite different from the issue involved in L.P.A. No. 277 of 2023. The same reasoning applies to the present L.P.A. and therefore, by adopting the said 2026:JHHC:29170-DB reasoning, we see no good ground to take any different view in this matter. 7. Accordingly, by adopting our reasoning in the order dated 21.09.2026 disposing of I.A. No. 3862 of 2025 in L.P.A. No. 516 of 2025, we dismiss this I.A. and the accompanying appeal. No costs. 8.
