This petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of directions to official respondents No. 3 and 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and enquire into the representation dated 25.06.2026 (Annexure P-4) made to the police regarding the commission of offence being committed by the private respondents. The petitioner is receiving life threats at the hands of the private respondents not to pursue the matter with the authorities otherwise he will face the dire consequences and his life will be finished and further issuance of direction to respondent No. 3 to decide the representation dated 25.06.2026. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has preferred a representation dated 25.06.2026 (Annexure P-4) to respondent No.2- Senior Superintendent of Police, Jagraon District Ludhiana, but no action has been taken so far.
