The learned advocate for the parties submit that, nothing remains to be decided in the writ petition. However, this prayer must be made before the learned Single Judge, as we are not in seisin of the writ petition.” 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that as it is submitted by the parties before the Hon’ble Division Bench that nothing remains in the writ petition, as such, the writ petition can be disposed of. 2 4.
