Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that respondent no.4 is illegally occupying the premises of the petitioner and he needs to be evicted by giving direction upon the concerned police authority on issuing Mandamus. 3. State respondents are represented by learned advocates and it is submitted that the issue involved in this writ petition is civil in nature. 4. Having considered the respective submissions made on behalf of the parties, it appears that petitioner prays for a direction upon the concerned police authority to take steps for evicting the respondent no.4 from the premises in question. 5. Police authority is not the appropriate authority to decide inter se right of the parties over the premises in question. 6. Petitioner needs to approach Civil Court in pursuit of remedy. [2] 7.
