Petitioner was serving as Principal in Campus School, Pant Nagar, District Udham Singh Nagar. An order of compulsory retirement was passed against him, which was challenged by him in this writ petition. This Court granted an interim order in favour of the petitioner, pursuant to which petitioner continued on the post of Principal. 4. Mr. M.C. Kandpal, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner attained the age of superannuation on 30.04.2025 and, by order dated 30.04.2025, he has retired from service. He further submits that after retirement, relief against the order of compulsory retirement does not survive. He also submits that since retiral dues of petitioner are yet to be paid, therefore, Competent Authority be directed to release the same within a stipulated time. 5. In view of the submission made by Mr. M.C. Kandpal, learned Senior Advocate, writ petition is disposed of by directing Competent Authority to 2026:UHC:2579-DB release all admissible dues to the petitioner as per law within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
