Sri Venkatesh B. Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, since the Petitioner is an agriculturist and has suffered business losses, he could not deposit the 20% of the compensation amount as ordered by the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Rajampet in Crl.M.P.No.2 of 2026, dated 09.01.2026, which is also confirmed by the learned Judge vide order dated 16.03.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.7 of 2026. Hence, prayed to set aside the impugned order. 3. Sri K.Sandeep, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for State would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of extending the time for depositing 20% of the compensation amount, till 06.05.2026.
