Omais Ul Mehraj …..Appellant(s)/Petitioner(s)
Through: Mr. Mubashir Mushtaq, Advocate with (Through Virtual Mode) Mr. Nahim Sheikh, Advocate
Vs
Batool Omais .…. Respondent(s)
Through: Mr. Zulker Nain Sheikh, Advocate
Coram: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE WASIM SADIQ NARGAL, JUDGE
ORDER 02.09.2026
1. Both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties submit in unison that they have entered into a compromise deed. Therefore, a prayer has been that the instant petition be disposed of in the light of the statement made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, which is also vindicated by both the parties, who are present in person through virtual mode today.
2. In the light of the statement made, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the instant petition alive, which, in the light of the aforesaid, has been rendered infructuous. Thus, in the light of the compromise deed entered into between the parties, the instant petition, having been rendered infructuous, is disposed of. However, dismissal of the instant petition shall not come in the way of the petitioner to agitate the cause afresh, if a fresh cause of action accrues.
3. The instant application is, accordingly, disposed of, in the matter indicated above, along with all connected application(s).
