JUSTICE H.P.SANDESH ORAL ORDER Learned counsel for both the parties submit that matter is settled between the parties. In terms of settlement, the petitioner has agreed to pay an amount of Rs.1,70,000/-. Out of the said amount, an amount of Rs.30,000/- has already been deposited before the Trial Court in view of the order passed by the First Appellate Court and the respondent-complainant is permitted to withdraw the said amount and remaining amount of Rs.1,40,000/- is paid by the petitioner before this Court by way of cash to the respondent-complainant and the same is acknowledged by the respondent-complainant. 2. The revision petitioner also undertakes to pay the amount of Rs.5,000/- before Trial Court within two weeks from today which shall vest with the State and place the receipt for having deposited the amount in the Registry.
