By the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks a limited prayer of direction to the respondent authorities to consider and decide his statutory appeal dated 07.05.2026 (Annexure P/3) filed against suspension order dated 27.02.2026. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who was working on the post of Assistant Grade-III at Indira Kala Sangit Vishwavidyalaya, Khairagarh, District Khairagarh- Chhuikhadan-Gandai (C.G.) has filed an appeal dated 07.05.2026 (Annexure P/3) filed against the order dated 27.02.2026, whereby the services of the petitioner has been suspended. He submits that despite lapse of considerable time, the said appeal has neither been considered nor decided by the competent authority and no order has been passed thereon till date. 3. Learned counsel appearing for respondents No.2 to 4 submits that if the appeal dated 07.05.2026 filed by the petitioner is still pending consideration, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law within the stipulated period. 3 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents appended with the writ petition. 5. Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner and also taking into account the submission made by learned counsel for respondents No.2 to 4, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned respondent authority to consider and decide the pending appeal dated 07.05.2026 filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of 25 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
