The petitioner herein has been named as an accused No. 6 in the array of nine persons named in the impugned FIR. 2. The petitioner is seeking grant of pre-arrest bail by reference to impugned FIR but without impleadment of the first informant/alleged victim as a party respondent. 3. The petition is thus, dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh petition by essentially naming the complainant as party respondent in the petition.
