A memo dated 30.07.2026 has been filed seeking for withdrawal of the above petition, which reads as under: "In view of the above matter the petitioner counsel submits that this Hon'ble Court, the petitioner are herein challenging the calendar of events dated 04.10.2025 issued by the respondent No.4, now the election is over therefore the petition is not survival for consideration hence this Writ Petition will be withdrawal by petitioner counsel, however the petitioner are seeking liberty to approach civil court by filing election petition, hence post this matter before Court, in the interest of justice and equity." 3. Reserving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the election petition before the appropriate Court, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
