It is not in dispute that earlier the petitioner had filed W.P.(C) No. 2267/2016 seeking the same relief, which came to be decided by this Court vide order dated 28.08.2017. However, subsequently, the petitioner has again filed the present writ petition, i.e., W.P.(C) No. 1815/2019, seeking the same relief on the same cause of action, which is not permissible in law. 2. In view of the above, the subsequent writ petition filed by the petitioner for the same relief is not maintainable. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
