JUSTICE P SREE SUDHA ORAL ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. Learned counsel for the respondent is absent. 2. This writ petition is filed against the order dated 03.12.2024 passed in M.C.No.102/2022 by the Addl. Senior Civil Judge & JMFC., Doddaballapura (for short 'Family Court'). Respondent/wife filed an application claiming interim maintenance of Rs.1,00,000/- per month before the Family Court. The Family Court considered the entire evidence on record and granted an amount of Rs.40,000/- per month to the wife/respondent from the date of application till further orders. Aggrieved by the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:34022 WP No. 7386 of 2025 said order, husband preferred this petition. But at the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner/husband represented that the petitioner has no objection to comply with the order of Family Court.
