This writ petition is filed against the order dated 03.12.2024 passed in M.C.No.102/2022 by the Addl. Senior Civil Judge & JMFC., Doddaballapura (for short 'Family Court'). Respondent/wife filed an application claiming interim maintenance of Rs.1,00,000/- per month before the Family Court. The Family Court considered the entire evidence on record and granted an amount of Rs.40,000/- per month to the wife/respondent from the date of application till further orders. But at the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner/husband represented that the petitioner has no objection to comply with the order of Family Court.
