Complaining failure on the part of the municipal authority to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 4th April, 2026, the instant writ petition has been filed. 2. Petitioners claim to be owners and/or occupiers of Flat No. A/2A, 17 Chandni Ghosh Road, Kolkata-700040 P.S. Regent Park. Mr. Bose, learned Advocate representing the petitioners would complain that the promoter though had obtained the sanctioned building plan for nine car parking spaces, and a car parking space has been allotted to the 2 petitioner, the promoter later had converted the common areas into car parking spaces and has sold the same to third parties. 3. Private respondent nos. 6 and 7 are represented. 4. Though the municipality is not representing before the Court, I am of the view that it shall be prudent to direct the municipality to decide on the petitioners’ representation in accordance with law. However, it is made clear that municipality shall not enter into the disputes between the private parties and shall only confine the enquiry to the building sanctioned plan. 5. It is expected that decision in this regard shall be taken by the municipal authorities on an expeditious basis preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of communication of this order and the outcome thereof shall be intimated to the parties. 6.
