Learned Counsel for the Petitioner prays for urgent hearing of the matters as the respondents have passed the impugned orders on 7th July, 2026 directing the petitioner to vacate the unit within five days and five days is going to expire on 12th July, 2026 i.e. on Sunday. 3. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has served a copy of the writ application to the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents. 4. Learned Counsel for the respondents prays for time to take instruction. 2 5. Accordingly, taking into the urgency of the matter, the respondents are directed not to take any coercive action against the Petitioner for evicting the petitioner till the next date of hearing. 6.
