Counsel for the Petitioner: 1. KAMBHAMPATI RAMESH BABU Counsel for the Respondent(S): 1. GP FOR WOMEN DEV, CHILD WELFARE The Court made the following: 3 ORDER:- Petitioner is challenging the appointment of the 6th respondent as Mini Anganwadi Worker of Sriramavaram Village, Denduluru Mandal, West Godavari District. 2. The petitioner is challenging the appointment of the 6th respondent on the sole ground that the 6th respondent was preferred and appointed even though she does not meet the requirements as per the notification insofar as nativity is concerned. It is the specific case of the petitioner that the 6th respondent is not the resident of Sriramavaram Village. However respondents Nos.1 to 5 have ignored the nativity aspect and appointed the 6th respondent. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5 submits that the nativity certificate of the 6th respondent was obtained from the Tahsildar, Denduluru Mandal and the 6th respondent was found to be a native of Sriramavanram Village and she had passed 7th class. The selection committee after the oral interview had selected the 6th respondent for the post of Anganwadi worker. 4. Considering the submissions, it is evident that the respondents have followed the notification and the guidelines thereto and appointed the 6th respondent. On these considerations, this Court is not inclined to interfere. 4 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________ JUSTICE HARINATH.N Dt:01.04.2026 SR
