"Issue a writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to consider the representation dated 09.07.2025 submitted by the Petitioner Annexure D. Direct the Respondents to transfer/post the Petitioner to an Anganwadi Centre nearer to her place of residence at Digavachinthalapalli Village/Taluk on medical grounds; - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:18677 WP No. 1847 of 2026 Grant such other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the interest of justice and equity." 2. Though several contentions have been urged by the petitioner in the present petition, having regard to the undisputed fact as borne out from the material on record, that the representation at Annexure - D dated 09.07.2025 has been considered by the respondents, who have issued a rejection letter dated 17.12.2025, rejecting the request of the petitioner, nothing further survives in the present petition, except disposing of the same, reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to take recourse to such remedies as available in law including challenging the aforesaid communication at Annexure - E dated 17.12.2025 issued by the respondents. 3. Accordingly petition stands disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to take recourse to such remedies as available in law including challenging the rejection letter at Annexure - E dated 17.12.25 in accordance with law.
