1. Mr. Srikant Swaroop, learned AC to AAG-II appearing for the Opposite Party-State has submitted by referring to the supplementary show cause notice filed on 24th March, 2026 that the order passed by this Court has been complied with in its letter and spirit.
2. It has been submitted by referring to paragraph-7 to the supplementary show cause notice which contains reference of disbursement of amount of post retiral benefit of Group Insurance Scheme amounting to Rs.82,326.00/- has been paid to the petitioner, vide treasury bank advice no.120 dated 08.07.2025, the copy of the same has been appended as Annexure-A series to the supplementary show cause.
3. It has further been submitted that disbursement of amount of GPF amounting to Rs.88,113.00/- has been provided to the petitioner, vide treasury bank advice no.56 dated 13.10.2025, the

copy of the same has been appended as Annexure-B series to the supplementary show cause.
4. So far as it relates to disbursement of amount of earned leave amounting to Rs.2,44,160/-, the same has also been paid to the petitioner, vide treasury bank advice no.129 dated 08.07.2025, the copy of the same has been appended as Annexure-C series to the supplementary show cause.

The amount of death gratuity has also been released to the tune of Rs.6,22,608.00/- in the light of authorization letter no.PR- 3/2082510281/F/1609/2025-26/21423 dated 20.02.2026 and gratuity payment order no.122692902 dated 20.02.2026 issued by Sr. Account Officer, Office of Principal Accountant General (A&E), Jharkhand, Ranchi. The copy of the same has been appended as Annexure-D series to the supplementary show cause.
6. The family pension has also been released by virtue of issuance of P.P.O. No.142692902 amounting to Rs.11,200/- from 20.10.2018 to 19.10.2028 and thereafter, Rs.9000/- has been issued to the petitioner, vide authorization memo no. PR- 3/2082510281/F/1609/2025-26/21423 dated 20.02.2026.
7. The family pension along with arrears amounting to Rs.13,35,814.00/- has also been paid to the petitioner, vide treasury bank advice no.518 dated 13.03.2026, the copy of the same has been appended as Annexure-E series to the supplementary show cause.

Learned counsel for the Opposite Party-State, based upon the

aforesaid statement as referred in the show cause, has submitted that the order has already been complied with.
9. This Court, considering the nature of order passed by this Court and taking into consideration the statement made in the show cause, is of the view that since the order has been complied with and as such, there is no need to proceed further.
10. Accordingly, the instant contempt case is closed and as such,
disposed of.
11. Pending interlocutory application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
