Despite the name of Mr. Shree Prakash Jha, learned A.P.P. appearing in the cause list, but none is present to represent the State. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on 05 occasions. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that though the trial has concluded but the judgment has not yet been delivered by the learned trial court. Regard being had to the fact that the trial has concluded, I am not inclined to re-consider prayer for bail of the petitioner which stands rejected once again. This application stands rejected.
