The petitioner is aggrieved by the issuance of the impugned notice dated 18.11.2025, whereby the petitioner has been called upon to stop further work, as the 2nd respondent has noticed several deviations from the sanctioned plan. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the Secretary of the Educations Society and that permission was obtained by the society. However, the impugned notice has been issued individually to the petitioner. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a reply on 09.12.2025. It is further submitted that the 2nd respondent, without passing any orders, has been sending their men who are constantly interfering with the construction activity. 3. Sri P. Vengal Reddy, learned Standing counsel appearing for respondent No.2, on oral instructions, submits that the building permission was obtained in the name of Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Education Society, which is represented by the petitioner himself, and that after noticing the deviations, the show cause notice was issued. 4. Considering the submissions that the building permission was obtained in the name of Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Education Society, the impugned notice dated 18.11.2025 ought to have been issued in the name of the applicant in whose favor the building permit order was issued. 6 5. On these considerations, the impugned notices are hereby set aside, and it is left open for the 2nd respondent to issue appropriate notice to the appropriate authorities calling for an explanation regarding the deviations, if any, found. 6.
