In this writ petition, the petitioners are assailing order dated 07.07.2025 passed by respondent No.1 at Annexure-K. 3. Having taken note of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on careful consideration of the impugned order passed by respondent No.1 would indicate that the petitioners are claiming right over the property in question based on the - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:34419 WP No. 20484 of 2026 registered sale deed dated 28.06.1974. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that, the petitioners had purchased land in question from the father of respondent No.4. 4. In this regard, learned HCGP for the respondents, submitted there is a discrepancy insofar as the measurement of the land in question is concerned, and since the petitioners herein have not taken any action pursuant to the registered sale deed dated 28.06.1974 over a period of 49 years and therefore, it is open for the petitioners to establish their right over the property in question in a manner known to law. 5.
