ORDER:
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to declare the action of respondents in not permitting the petitioners to participate in the proposed 51st Junior National Kabaddi Championship-Boys Indoor Stadium, Vijayawada conducted by respondent No.3 by virtue of the suspension order dated 15.12.2025 issued by respondent No.4 as being illegal and arbitrary and violative to cardinal principles of natural justice and consequently set aside the suspension order dated 15.12.2025 and pass such other order or orders. 2. Case of the petitioners is that 3rd respondent conducts year-wise Junior Kabaddi Championship amongst its affiliated units every year. In furtherance of the same, it issued a letter dated 14.11.2025 to all its affiliated units which include respondent No.4. Respondent No.4 was given the opportunity to host 51st Junior National Kabaddi Championship (Boys) at Indoor Stadium, Vijayawada, NTR District, Andhra Pradesh from 15.01.2026 to 18.01.2026. 5 petitioners were undergoing rigorous training to give their best in the competition and to bring glory to the State of Andhra Pradesh. Subsequently, petitioners came to know that a criminal complaint bearing FIR No.575 of 2025 was registered on 16.11.2025 on the file of Patamata police station, NTR Commissionerate inter alia alleging the Secretary of Respondent No.4 namely Mr.Y.Srikanth was collecting money from players through various means and tampering age proofs by editing Aadhar Cards in a local tournament that was organized in the month of August, 2025. On the basis of oral information received by respondent No.4 from concerned officials that certain players, including the petitioners herein, might have submitted fake documents, respondent No.4 issued a suspension order dated 15.12.2025 suspending the petitioners from participating in 51st Junior National Kabaddi Championship (Boys) until completion of investigation and obtaining clean chit from police. Hence, the Writ Petition. 3. When the Writ Petition came up for admission, this Court, vide Order dated 24.12.2025 directed 3rd respondent to issue a show-cause notice to the petitioners by 27.12.2025, and pursuant to the same, the petitioners were directed to submit explanation by 30.12.2025 and thereafter, 3rd respondent was directed to

In view of the same, this Court vide Order dated 31.12.2025 suspended the impugned
order dated 15.12.2025 passed by 3rd respondent insofar as petitioner Nos.2 to 8 are concerned, and directed the respondents to allow petitioner Nos.2 to 8 to participate in 51st Junior National Kabaddi Championship.
