Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the alleged recovery in the present case is 297 Gms. of Heroin and the petitioner is in custody for 11 months. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and also draws the attention of the Court to the Chemical Examiner’s Report. The Chemical Examiner’s Report do not aid the present petitioner. As charge sheet has been submitted, learned Trial Court would expedite the further progress of the trial. The independent seizure list witnesses be examined within 4 months from the date of consideration of charges. 2 Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 894 of 2026 is dismissed. Mr. Rajendra Banerjee, ld. APP and Mr. Sunil Gupta, learned Advocate appear on behalf of the State. Their appointment be regularized by the concerned authorities.
