Insofar as land in Survey No.91 of Gabbadi Village, Harohalli Hobli and Kanakapura Taluk, Bangalore South District, which is stated to be a Government land, it was granted to certain persons. As per the official memorandum and other procedures, certain extent of land was granted in favour of the beneficiaries, who had filed application in the Akrama-Sakrama Scheme. After the grant by the Committee to the beneficiaries, the khata was not recorded in their names and as with regard certain directions had been issued by the Hon'ble Revenue Minister to the concerned Tahsildar to effect revenue records. 4. The petitioner, who was working as a Village Accountant, had submitted the documents and submitted Form Nos.1 - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:34713 WP No. 13081 of 2026 to 5 through the web portal.
