Petitioner is similarly placed as the other accused person who has been granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 693 of 2026. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail but is unable to refute the contention that petitioner is not similarly placed as the other accused person namely, Bishal Das who has been granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 693 of 2026. Petitioner be released by the learned Special Court on same terms and conditions as was imposed upon Bishal Das in CRM (NDPS) 693 of 2026. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 882 of 2026 is allowed. 2 All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
