Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused. 3. This is the third bail application. The first bail application, being BA1 No.995 of 2023, was rejected on 04.06.2024. The second bail application, being BA2 No.14 of 2025, was rejected on 10.01.2025. 4. Having considered, this Court does not see any new ground, which may entitle the applicant to bail.
