Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the averments made in the representation dated 03rd July, 2021 (Annexures 'L' and 'M'), it is forthcoming that the petitioner-Giriyappa has sought for dismissing the applications filed in Form No.53 in respect of the subject land. On perusal of the affidavit filed by one Mohan Kumar G.V., S/o Veerabhadraiah P., Tahsildar, Tumakuru Taluk, wherein at paragraph 6, it is stated that the petitioner herein relies upon the Government Order and the orders passed by the Hon'ble High Court without there being any application filed by him. Therefore, the claim of the petitioner cannot be accepted as the petitioner has not made out a case for interference. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed. Sd/- (E.S.
