However, he would submit that before expiry of the permit he has already filed an application on 11-4-2023 for grant of renewal of regular stage carriage permit bearing No. SCP-611/B/2018 which is still pending and same may kindly be decided by the respondent authority, in accordance with law. 2. Accordingly, it is directed that the respondent authority shall consider and decide the aforesaid application submitted by the petitioner for grant of renewal of regular stage carriage permit bearing No. SCP-611/B/2018 within the stipulated period of three months from the the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.
