Chattopdhyay … for the Petitioner(s) Ms. Anindita Mukherjee … for the State-respondent(s) Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is similarly situated as the other accused person who has been granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 1405 of 2025. It has also been contended that the alleged recovery in the present case is 23.5 kg of ganja and the petitioner is in custody for more than one year three months. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail but is unable to refute the contention that the petitioner is similarly situated as the other accused person who has been granted bail. Having regard to the same, I am inclined to extend the same benefit to the present petitioner as Sajibul Sk @ 2 Iqbal Sk who has been granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 1405 of 2025. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Allowed. Accordingly, the petitioner viz, Jamiran Bibi shall be released on bail on the same terms and conditions as was imposed on Sajibul Sk @ Iqbal Sk in CRM (NDPS) 1405 of 2025.
