The respondent/defendant nos. 3 and 4 are represented and submit that this appeal has been pending since 2016 and is causing severe prejudice in the final hearing of the suit pending before the Trial Court. It appears form the records and more particularly the order dated January 12, 2017 that the appeal has been lying defective for more than two decades. In view of the non-appearance of the appellant, FA 19 of 2017 along with all connected applications stands dismissed for default.
