Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: i) Call for the records in No.VS D/CC/106/2026 dated 06.04.2026 by the 2nd respondent pertaining to opening and continuance of the rowdy sheet maintained against the petitioner, including the order of approval as per Annexure-P. ii) Direct the 1st respondent to close the rowdy sheet maintained in the petitioner name. iii) To pass such other order as this hon'ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice. 3. The submission of Sri.Prasanna.D.P, learned counsel for the petitioner is that two of the cases have been stayed by this Court and two cases are relating to an offence under Section 420 of IPC. 5. If that be so it would be always available for the petitioner to submit a representation to respondent No.2 placing all the facts on record and for respondent No.2 to consider the said representation and pass necessary orders. 6. Reserving liberty to the petitioner to submit such a representation which shall be submitted within 15 days from today and once submitted, directing respondent No.2 to pass necessary orders within 30 days from such receipt, the petition stands dismissed.
