Respondent(s) (Cause title is taken from Case Information System) For Petitioners : Mr. Akash Kumar Kundu, Advocate For Respondents/ State : Mr. Vivek Verma, Govt. Advocate Hon’ble Shri Bibhu Datta Guru, Judge Order on Board 15/07/2026 1. Since identical issues are involved in the above-mentioned writ petitions, they are being heard and decided by this common order. 2. By the present writ petitions, the petitioners, instead of pressing the other reliefs as claimed therein, seek a limited relief of issuance of a direction to the respondent authorities to issue experience certificates to them based on the services rendered by them. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are working as Staff Nurses and are presently posted at Bharat Ratna Late Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Memorial Medical College, Pendri, Rajnandgaon (C.G.). He submits that although the petitioners have rendered services under the respondent department during the years 2017-18, they have been denied basic service benefits such as formal appointment orders, regular payment of salary and issuance of experience certificates. It is, therefore, prayed that respondent No.3 be directed to issue experience certificates to the petitioners in accordance with law. 7 4. Learned State counsel also appearing for respondent No.3 submits that, having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioners, these writ petitions may be disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to submit applications before respondent No.3 seeking issuance of experience certificates. He further submits that, upon receipt of such applications, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law within the stipulated period. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 6. Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners and taking into account the submission made by learned State counsel, these writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to submit appropriate applications/ representations before respondent No.3 seeking issuance of experience certificates within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the event of submission of such applications, respondent No.3 shall consider and decide the same, strictly in accordance with law, preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of submission of such applications. 7. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petitions stand disposed of. Sd/- (Bibhu Datta Guru) JUDGE $. Bhilwar
