The appeal is disposed of without any interference with the judgment and order impugned dated February 10, 2026, passed in WPA 18632 of 2025. 2. It is submitted by Mr. Chowdhury, learned senior advocate for the respondent that, a reply to the show cause notice has already been filed. 3. Mr. Dewan, learned advocate for the appellant denies such contention and submits that, the respondent has not filed a reply to the show cause notice, but has asked for additional documents. 2 4. We find that, in an earlier round of litigation, similar show cause notices issued by other banks were under challenge before a learned Judge of this court and His Lordship was of the view that, only relevant documents shall be supplied by the banks which had issued the notices to the respondent, to enable him to file a supplementary reply. 5. We pass a similar order, inter alia, directing the bank to treat the application of the respondent as a reply to the show cause notice and supply the relevant documents. 6. If the documents are voluminous, in that event the bank may call upon the respondent to take inspection thereof. Thereafter, the supplementary reply shall be filed by the respondent. The proceedings will continue in accordance with law. 7. Accordingly, the appeal and the connected application are disposed of. 8.
