1. The affidavit-of-service filed by the petitioner be kept with the record.
2. The petitioner has filed the present writ application with the grievance that the petitioner has filed the appeal before the SIR Appellate Tribunal against the order of deletion of his name from the voter list but the appeal is pending and prays for a direction upon the appellate authority for disposal of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated April 6, 2026.
3. The Appellate Tribunal is requested to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner and to dispose of the same as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from date of receipt of this order.
4. WPA 14110 of 2026 is disposed of.
5. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities.
