GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: ORDER: The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- “…to issue a Writ more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus Declaring the action of the Respondents herein action of the Respondents herein, more particularly the action of the Respondent Nos.3 to 5 herein in interfering with the possession and occupation of the Petitioners over the property in Sy.No.131/3: 1A, IB and 1C,Somuladoddi Village, Anantapur Rural Mandal to an extent of Ac.0.06 Cents and house located in Sy.No.131/3,Somuladoddi Village of Anantapur Rural Mandal to an extent of Ac.0.50 Cents as being illegal arbitrary unjust violative of Principles of Natural Justice and violative of Articles 14, 19, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India Consequently direct the Official Respondents herein to 2 not interfere with the possession and occupation of the Petitioners over the property in Sy.No.131/3: 1A, IB and 1C Somuladoddi Village Anantapur Rural Mandal to an extent of Ac.0.06 Cents and house located in Sy.No.131/3 Somuladoddi Village of Anantapur Rural Mandal to an extent of Ac 0 50 Cents sass such other order(s)….” 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, at the instance of respondent Nos. 3 and 4, the petitioners were unnecessarily called to the police station and subjected to harassment, which amounts to violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India. 4. Sri P. Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that the petitioners were never called to the police station and were not harassed in any manner. 5. The learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that there is a civil dispute pending between the petitioners and respondent Nos. 9 to 11. 6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and recording the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos. 3 and 4 not to interfere further in the civil dispute pending between the petitioners and respondent Nos. 9 to 11.
