Mr. Siddhartha Sarkar Mr. Sourav Gupta … for the petitioners This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the defendant nos. 1 to 3 praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Bishnupur to dispose of the application for injunction filed in Title Suit No. 3 of 2026 expeditiously. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the order of injunction has been passed against the petitioners who are the defendant nos. 1 to 3 in the suit. He further submits that the written objection to the injunction application has already been filed by the petitioners and the injunction application is otherwise ready for hearing. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there may not be any necessity to serve a copy of this application upon the opposite-party. However, the learned advocate-on-record of the petitioners shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order, upon the opposite 2 parties or upon the learned advocate representing them before the learned trial judge. In the light of the submission made by the learned advocate for the petitioners, CO 2056 of 2026 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Bishnupur to take up the hearing of the injunction application, if the same is otherwise ready for hearing and to make an endeavour to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
