Petitioner has filed this contempt petition under Section 12 of the contempt of court Act read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India alleging disobedience of order dated 13.11.2024 passed by the Division Bench of this Court. 2. Perusal of the order Annexure A-1 would show that the Court while hearing the writ appeal bearing WA No. 626 of 2018 has not passed any order or direction but has disposed of the said writ appeal based on the submission made by counsel for intervener. 3. In the aforementioned facts of the case, this contempt petition would not lie. Petitioner if in any manner is aggrieved with the submission made by learned counsel for intervener then he is having some other remedy available under the law. 4. For the forgoing discussion, I do not find any good ground to contine with this contempt petition. 5. Accordingly, this contempt petition stands dismissed. 6.
