Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that so far no crime has been registered against the petitioner and if at all any crime is registered against the petitioner, the police will follow the due procedure contemplated under the provisions of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 4.
