Annexure-D is the notification dated 13.01.2012 stated to have been issued by the respondent No.1-authority in exercise of his power under sub-Section(1) of Section 3A of the National Highways Act, 1956, intending to acquire lands described in the schedule annexed to the said notification. Petitioner's property, is stated to be part of the said notification. It is under these circumstances the present petition is filed for the relief noted above. 3. Learned HCGP submits that in the event of respondent authorities acquiring the land as claimed by the petitioner, steps, actions will be taken and orders will be passed in accordance with applicable Land Acquisition Act. 4. Submission is placed on record. 5. Petition is disposed of.
