Hon’ble Mr. Justice Amitendra Kishore Prasad Order on Board Digitally signed by RAVVA UTTEJ KUMAR RAJU 2 14/07/2026 1. At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent authorities not to open the Government 6-bed hospital in Khasra No. 47, P.H. No. 113, situated at Village Chilhati, District Mohla- Manpur-Ambagarh Chowki (C.G.), and further to direct the respondents to establish the said hospital at some other appropriate location. He further submits that, vide order dated 23.09.2022, notices were issued to the respondents and thereafter the matter was listed on 08.10.2025. Today, this Court directed learned State counsel to obtain instructions as to whether the construction of the 6-bed Government hospital had been completed and whether the same had commenced operation. Pursuant thereto, learned State counsel, after obtaining instructions, submitted that the construction of the said hospital has already been completed and the hospital is likely to become operational within a period of two months. In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the construction of the hospital has already been completed, the relief sought for in the present petition has rendered itself infructuous. He further submits that the grievance raised by the petitioner stands redressed and, therefore, the present petition may be disposed of as having become infructuous. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the State/respondents has no objection to the said prayer. 3. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, and in view of the completion of construction of the said hospital, the relief 3 sought by the petitioner has been rendered infructuous. Consequently, no further adjudication is required in the matter and the instant petition is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous. Sd/- (Amitendra Kishore Prasad) Judge U.K. Raju
