The petitioner is an accused in connection with Radhanagar P.S. Case No. 406/2025. The petitioner is alleged to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant towards the back of old hospital and forced his penis into her private parts. The victim seems to have supported such allegation under 183 of the B.N.S.S. statement. Although, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 27.09.2025 but regard being had to the statement of the victim and the nature offence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
