The present Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Habeas Corpus to produce the petitioner’s wife, namely Tatiparthi Nagalakshmi, and to set her at liberty. 2. Heard Sri Palegari Jayachandra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Krishna Praneeth, learned Assistant Government Pleader, appearing from the office of learned Advocate General. 3. Pursuant to the directions of a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, dated 28.05.2026, respondent No.5 is produced physically by the concerned Police. When we confronted respondent No.5, she stated, in Open Court, that she wanted to live with her parents, who are respondent Nos.6 & 7. It is an admitted fact that respondent No.5 is aged about 23 years. She further stated that she is not forcibly restrained by her parents. 4. In view of the said submission made by respondent No.5, in the Open Court, this Writ Petition is closed and respondent No.5 is set at liberty to live with her parents. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. ________________________ K SURESH REDDY, J
