JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER Learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for respondents No.1 to 5. 2. In this writ petition, the petitioner is assailing the order dated 23.08.2024 (Annexure-H) passed by respondent No.1, inter alia sought for a direction to respondent authorities to treat the survey dated 15.04.2019 as correct and proper in respect of the land in question. 3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on careful consideration of the reasons assigned by respondent No.1 in the impugned order at Annexure-H, I am of the view that, no interference is called for in this petition, as respondent No.1 has remitted - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:34423 WP No. 20319 of 2026 the matter to respondents No.3 to 5 to conduct fresh survey in respect of the land in question, after issuing prior notice to all the parties concerned. 4. With the above observation, the writ petition is rejected. 5. It is made clear that, till the conclusion of survey by the Assistant Director of Land Records as per the direction of respondent No.1, the petitioner shall not be dispossessed from the land in question.
