In support of his contention, he places reliance upon M. Paul Anthony vs. Bharat Gold Mines Ltd. [(1999) 3 SCC 679], Stanzen Toyotetsu India (P) Ltd. vs. Girish V. and others [(2014) 3 SCC 636.
