Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ directing the Respondent Bank to defreeze the Petitioner's Bank account bearing no. 055201549248 maintained at the Respondent's Infosys Branch, Bengaluru; - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:33434 WP No. 32400 of 2025 i(a). To issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other writ setting aside the police notices/communications at Annexures - E and F, issued to the Respondent Bank, as being illegal, arbitrary and violative of Section 102 CrPC; ii. Pass such other and further orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice." 2. Heard Sri. Bharath M.R., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. B.S. Jeevan Kumar, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1. 3. The account of the petitioner is said to have been frozen on account of certain statutory compliances pending from the hands of the petitioner on the request of the Bank. 4. Sri. B.S. Jeevan Kumar, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1/Bank would submit that certain suspicious transactions took place, which was not explained by the petitioner. Therefore, the lien is marked in the said account. 5. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would come and explain the circumstances to the Bank. In the right of the said submission, I deem it appropriate to direct the petitioner to submit a representation to respondent No.1/Bbank within one week from today and the Bank to consider the same within two weeks, thereafter and demark the lien on being satisfied with the explanation. 7.
