The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondent no.2 to consider the petitioner’s application dated 15th of June, 2026 in accordance with law within a time frame. 3. On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and on perusal of the materials on record, it appears that the said application praying for installments is still pending before the respondent no.2 for consideration. 4. Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of with direction upon the respondent no.2 to consider the petitioner’s application dated 15th of June, 2026 praying for installments to pay the dues within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order in accordance with law by passing a reasoned order. 5. The writ application stands disposed of. 6. Petitioner is at liberty to pray for necessary relief in respect of the prohibitory order before the authority concerned. 7.
